Membership Arrangement Procedure

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Photo copy "Akta Pendirian Perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas (PT) atau Koperasi" and it's changes (if any) and copy "Surat Pengesahan dari Menteri Kehakiman RI".

  2. Photo copy "Perijinan Berusaha Berbasis Resiko - Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB)" and it's attachment.

  3. Photo copy "Perijinan Berusaha Berbasis Resiko - Sertifikat Standar" and it's attachment.

  4. Office Status, owned or rented by attaching a statement letter or rental agreement.

  5. Organizational structure of the company.

  6. Close up photo of the Company Leadership inserted in the leadership CV according to the available forms.

  7. Photo copy "KTP" of the head of the company (1 sheet).

  8. Photo copy company's NPWP.

  9. Photo copy Passport and "KITAS" If the company has shareholders (PMA) and / or foreign workers.

  10. Letter of Recommendation from 2 BPW/CBPW Companies Members of Asita Bali.

  11. Membership fee of IDR 10,350,000,-.

VERIFICATION

Verification of new member documents by the Board of Management of Asita.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW MEMBER CANDIDATES

Notification of new member candidates to all Asita members regarding prospective new members through Eblast and WAG.

CONFIRM NEW MEMBER ACCEPTANCE

Provide a letter of recommendation to the Asita DPP for the issuance of SK and Certificate of New Members. Conversely, if there is a suspension, inform the applicant regarding the suspension explanation.

PAYMENT

Payment is made in accordance with the invoice sent by email.

ISSUANCE OF DECREE AND MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE

After the Decree and Membership Certificate issued by the DPP Asita was received, then it was forwarded to the applicant by taking to the Secretariat of Asita Bali.
