Membership Arrangement Procedure

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Photocopy of the Deed of Establishment of a Limited Liability Company (PT) and its amendments (if any), along with a copy of the Approval Letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. For Foreign Investment Companies (PMA), it is mandatory to have a local partner holding at least a managerial position as Company Director and owning company shares.

  2. Photocopy of the Risk-Based Business Licensing – Business Identification Number (NIB) and its attachments.

  3. Photocopy of the Risk-Based Business Licensing – Standard Certificate and its attachments.

  4. Office status:

    • If the office is self-owned, it is mandatory to attach a Building Permit (IMB) and a statement letter from the company owner confirming that the building is company-owned.

    • If the office is leased, the minimum lease period must be five (5) years, supported by a lease agreement. If the lease period is less than five (5) years, a statement letter must be provided.

  5. Company Organizational Structure (must be completed with the names of each position holder) and adjusted to the Membership Registration Form.

  6. Photocopy of the Identity Card (KTP) of the Company Director (1 copy).

  7. Photocopy of the Company Tax Identification Number (NPWP).

  8. Photocopy of Passport and KITAS, if the company has Foreign Shareholders (PMA) and/or Foreign Workers.

  9. Recommendation Letter from two (2) ASITA Bali member companies (BPW/Branch of BPW).

  10. Provide a minimum of three (3) overseas and/or domestic partners by attaching a Letter of Appointment or a Cooperation Statement Letter from each partner.

  11. Membership Fee in the amount of IDR 10,350,000 (Ten Million Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand Indonesian Rupiah).

VERIFICATION

Verification of new member documents by the Board of Management of Asita.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF NEW MEMBER CANDIDATES

Notification of new member candidates to all Asita members regarding prospective new members through Eblast and WAG.

CONFIRM NEW MEMBER ACCEPTANCE

Provide a letter of recommendation to the Asita DPP for the issuance of SK and Certificate of New Members. Conversely, if there is a suspension, inform the applicant regarding the suspension explanation.

PAYMENT

Payment is made in accordance with the invoice sent by email.

ISSUANCE OF DECREE AND MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE

After the Decree and Membership Certificate issued by the DPP Asita was received, then it was forwarded to the applicant by taking to the Secretariat of Asita Bali.
